Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
In accordance with existing UK Distance Selling Regulations, any product excluding pre-assembled items such as lawn tractors and generators may be returned unused and boxed in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for whatever reason. The cost of carriage both ways will be deducted from any refund issued.

You have the right to cancel the contract relating to your order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Oak Garden Machinery by letter or fax giving details of the goods ordered and date received. Notification by phone is not acceptable. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Oak Garden Machinery at your own cost. Returned items must be adequately packaged for return. It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods are fully insured.
All returned goods must be as new and without having been installed or used; where you are not cancelling because the goods are defective.
If you are cancelling because they are defective then use must only have been sufficient to establish the defect. It would be appreciated if you would also return all internal packaging, manuals and protective bags, however small. Oak Garden Machinery cannot take responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost whilst being returned. Oak Garden Machinery will refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. If you do not return the goods as required, Oak Garden Machinery may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods. The goods must be returned to:

All returned products will be examined before any refund is issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund and recover our costs in the event that a product is returned and found to have been misused in any way – for example, on petrol models if the engine is found to have been run with insufficient engine oil.
